(eng): Bliedtner, Hansen state the theorem which gives the characterization for the cones of excessive functions for sub-Markov processes, where all excessive functions are lower semicontinuous and positive hyperharmonic functions for a family of harmonic kernels on X. We formulate the consequence of this rather general theorem for L´evy processes.
