(eng): In learning Bayesian networks one meets the problem of unique representing of the respective statistical model. A graphical approach uses so-called essential graph as a represententative while an algebraic approach uses a certain intergral vector, called a standard imset. A direct formula for the standard imset on basis of the essential graph and an inverse two-stage algorithm are presensted in the paper.
