abstract (eng):

The paper deals with necessary optimality conditions in a special infinite-dimensional mathematical program with equilibrium constraints having a mechanical interpretation. The main hurdle consists in the computation of the limiting normal cone to the graph of the normal-cone mapping N.sub.D(.), where D is the cone of nonnegative functions in the considered Sobolev space. We discuss also the influence of state and mixed control-state constraints.

Článek se zabývá nutnými podmínkami optimality ve speciálním nekonečněrozměrném matematickém programu s rovnovážnými omezeními s mechanickou interpretací. Hlavní obtíž spočívá v určení Morduchovičova limitního normálového kužele ke grafu zobrazení N.sub.D (.), kde D je kužel nezáporných funkcí v uvažovaném Sobolevově prostoru. Vliv stavových a smíšených omezení se též diskutuje.
