(eng): The scope of the workshop is topically focused on the recent trend in cybernetics, namely, the support for decision making at higher hierarchic levels. This reveals the common feature of seemingly disparate contributions and topics, namely, the complexity.
(cze): Hlavním tématem workshopu je rozhodování na vyšších úrovních, což je moderní trend v kybernetice. Podobnými problémy se zabývají výzkumníci jak v technické kybernetice tak v sociálních vědách. Sborník přináší souhrn prací z obou oblastí.
