This is a one-day workshop that will follow the 30th Annual Conference on Neural Information Processing Systems (NIPS 2016).

There will be invited talks by experts in the area, contributed talks and a poster sessions. Besides time allocated for question after the each talk, there is allocated time for three panel discussions (morning, afternoon and evening).
