Jan Kotera, Ph.D. student z oddělení zpracování obrazu (ZOI), obdržel cenu Best Student Paper na konferenci IS&T/SPIE Electronic Imaging 2015 - Digital Photography and Mobile Imaging XI v San Franciscu, USA, za příspěvek "Blind Deconvolution of images with model discrepancies using maximum a posteriori estimation with heavy tailed priors". Spoluautorem je Filip Šroubek, taktéž ze ZOI.
